The Flexcut knife is tough and well made. The core of the blades are made of high-carbon steel. This results in a very hard edge for superior edge retention (that means less time sharpening and more time using the knife!
For added strength, the tang of each knife extends completely through the handle. The handles are beautifully made of conditioned cherry hardwood and feature a brass ferrule for added strength and stability.
