At Shelter Tools, we stand behind the quality of our woodworking and timber framing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tool in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Institute

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Woolwich, Maine location using a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
